Whiskey Fig Sangria

If Lauren Kelp and I lived in the same city, we’d be BFFs, because (besides the fact that she’s ah-mazing), my girl Lauren makes a killer cocktail. Case in point: this Whiskey Fig Sangria. With a bottle of Malbec (my fave), whiskey, cognac, fresh fruit, cinnamon and vanilla, this is the perfect cocktail to sip on over girl talk with your BFF, or date night in with the hubs. Get the recipe below!

From Lindsey Brunk of LaurenKelp.comI started thinking about how to incorporate fresh figs and a bold whiskey base with a few of my favorite fall flavors like apple and cinnamon. Simple, but full of depth and flavor, this recipe is perfect for enjoying with friends and family for a Sunday Dinner, or you can just whip up a batch for an afternoon of football with the hubs. Cheers!
