Fifty Shades of Blush Bridal Shower

If we had to choose 50 shades of anything, this shower is convincing us it should be blush. Sorry E.L. James. It’s a day with a few key details like a girly color palette, a fab signature cocktail and a flower crown bar all rounded off with delicious treats that make for an ultra fun party. See even more crafted by Mr. & Mrs. Wedding Events + Les Bouquets and Untamed Heart Photography in the VAULT.

As a wedding planner, my friends and family are well aware that my big day will be one for the ages. Going right along with that, they sweetly planned me a shower that was just as creative and unconventional as I am. A beautifully down-cast Sunday afternoon spent with my closest friends was filled with sweet cocktails, flower crowns and delicious snacks from Patty Long Catering.

Affectionately called Fifty Shades of Blush, the brand new Silver Oaks Chateau provided the perfect backdrop for a Parisian-style, open flower market filled with fresh ranunculus, peonies, and eucalyptus from Les Bouquet, all perfect for flower crowns. The hand-crafted, dark-stained farm tables added a contrast to the light, delicate petals and fabrics of the day. The blush and gold tones of the cakes by De la Creme pulled together the tablescape and were just as sweet as the stationery by Paperkeet.

The talented Michelle of Untamed Heart Photography captured the day and the moments I am so glad to have as memories.
